Mohammed Mubarak Muntaka, Member of Parliament for Asawase and former Sports Minister, has reportedly dragged NEWS-ONE to court over a report the paper carried last Monday under the headline ‘Minister Weds SHS Lover’.

The said story reported that the MP, on Sunday, was reported to have had a talk-of -the-town Islamic marriage ceremony with a fresh Senior High School leaver believed to be just 15 years old.

Though NEWS-ONE had not received the writ as at the time of going to bed on Tuesday, reports monitored on radio said the Asawase MP had dragged the paper to court over the story.
