Eric Justin Toth, a suspected child pornographer, has replaced Osama bin Laden on the FBI’s Ten Most Wanted Fugitive list after the al-Qaeda leader was killed in Abbottabad last year.
According to reports, Toth, 30, who is a former private schoolteacher, was previously accused of child pornography in 2008 in Maryland.
His case has been filed in the federal court in Washington, D.C., which has charged him with possessing a video that includes an image of child pornography and illegally transporting it across state lines, the Telegraph reports.
