After a long court battle between famed singer Usher Raymond and ex-wife Tameka Foster, Raymond has been awarded full primary custody of their two sons.

Since Usher filed for divorce in 2009, ending a two-year marriage, the separated couple have been battling in the court wrangling through allegations of drugs, cheating, excessive partying and child neglect.

It’s more bad news for Tameka who recently lost her 11-year-old son from an earlier relationship, Kile Glover back in July.


Foster’s fourth and Usher’s first child, son Usher Raymond V, was born November 26, 2007 and on December 10, 2008, Foster gave birth to her fifth child, son Naviyd Ely Raymond.

The official court documents are yet to be released to the public.
